Q1. Can I use LeXPress with third-party probes or blockers?

While LeXPress  is optimized for our 120 nt probes and Blocker series, its robust buffer chemistry is compatible with most standard biotinylated probe sets. However, for maximum fold-80 enrichment and uniformity, we recommend the complete LeXPress ecosystem.

Q2. Does the "Rapid" protocol (0.5–4 hours) affect capture sensitivity?

Our rapid protocol is specifically formulated to maintain high sensitivity. For most standard panels, a 2-hour hybridization with LeXPress yields results comparable to traditional overnight methods. For extremely large panels or low-input samples, the protocol can be easily extended to optimize performance.

Q3. How does the single elution buffer improve automation?
