A: This solution is compatible with RNA samples from a wide range of cell and tissue sources across varying degradation levels. However, it is not recommended for severely degraded FFPE samples where the DV200 is less than 20%.

A: This solution utilizes a high concentration of rRNA ssDNA blocking reagents. When used alongside the LeXPrep Total RNA-To-DNA Module, trace amounts of residual ssDNA may remain in the purified dsDNA product. Because nucleic acid fluorescence quantifiers (like Qubit) can be influenced by residual ssDNA, the reported yield may appear slightly elevated. However, this does not interfere with downstream applications. We recommend adjusting adapter dilution factors and PCR cycles based on your specific RNA source and input amount.
