LeXPrep EZ DNA Library Preparation Kit v2/v3 is engineered to generate high-quality sequencing libraries from double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) for all mainstream sequencing platforms. By optimizing the enzymatic fragmentation system, this kit maximizes library yield and complexity while maintaining exceptionally low background noise.
Designed for versatility, LeXPrep is compatible with various sample types—including gDNA and FFPE DNA—and is specifically fine-tuned for ultra-low-quality FFPE samples to ensure consistent, stable yields. To streamline your workflow, the fragmentation, end repair, and A-tailing processes are integrated into a single efficient step. This A-T ligation-based kit supports DNA inputs from 5 ng to 500 ng and is ideal for both Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) and hybridization capture-based targeted sequencing.
