Our experts have manually selected critical regions of interest outside traditional databases to ensure no high-value target is missed. Furthermore, to maintain data continuity for long-term research and longitudinal studies, we have strategically retained key genomic regions that were omitted in the most recent database updates.

Technical Excellence & Precision

• Unmatched Probe Quality: The panel consists of approximately 400,000 single-stranded DNA probes. Each probe is independently synthesized and undergoes rigorous, independent quality inspection to ensure uniform enrichment and high-fidelity results.
• Broad Genomic Footprint: Targeting a 34.7 Mb genomic region across 19,613 genes, the LeXome Core Panel provides deep, comprehensive coverage of the human exome.
