This robust platform automates the entire workflow—including sample dispensing, DNA normalization, purification, quantitative loading, hybrid capture, and library mixing—to dramatically accelerate laboratory throughput and advance scientific discovery.

Equipped with a versatile 24-channel pipetting head, the workstation supports flexible tip loading (1/8/16/24) and features a seamlessly integrated plate gripper and high-performance thermal cycler. The system further incorporates specialized modules for temperature control, oscillation, purification, and fluorometry, all protected by a UV lamp set and HEPA filtration. With 24 built-in SBS standard plate positions, the LeXBot HT achieves a maximum throughput of 48 pre-libraries or 24 hybrid capture reactions per run, meeting the rigorous demands of high-throughput genomic applications.
